• The museum offers free entry during the last hour of the day, from 4:30pm to 5:30pm.
• New York State residents can enjoy pay-what-you-wish admission to the museum by presenting a valid ID.
• Free entry (general admission ticket) is provided to all members of the US military and their families during the Blue Star program, from Armed Forces Day to Labor Day. At other times of the year, free general admission is available to members of the US military and one guest.
• Carry a valid government ID to validate your complimentary admission to AMNH.
