About: Every Wednesday, a bagpipe tribute is offered to honor everyone who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks and also those who remain sick or have died of illness due to the aftermath of the attacks.

Connections to Today: Teaching 9/11 25 Years Later

About: This in-person workshop is for middle school and high school educators. The full-day program focuses on exploring how the day's events continue to shape the world 25 years later through inquiry-based learning, and by taking an empathetic and critical thinking approach.

25 Years Later: Reflections on 9/11 and the War on Terror

About: Museum Director Clifford Chanin, Richard Haass, President Emeritus of the Council on Foreign Relations, and Frances Fragos Townsend, former National Security Advisor for Combating Terrorism, get together to discuss the effects of 9/11's events on shaping US foreign policy and security over the years and how they continue to impact the country's relationships with other nations and policy even today.

About: This annual 5K, presented by RXR, is a meaningful event in lower Manhattan. Participants walk or run a path inspired by the one first responders took on 9/11 and in its aftermath. The event supports the Museum & Memorial mission and helps ensure future generations never forget the legacy and lessons of 9/11.
