What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID, especially if you are a senior aged 65 or above, as ID may be required for entry.
• Shirts and shoes are required at all times inside the park.

What’s not allowed

• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
• Weapons or sharp objects are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not allowed anywhere in the park.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
• Selfie sticks and glass objects are not allowed.
• Unaccompanied minors (children under 14 must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion aged 14 or older).

• Rides are subject to height, age, and weight restrictions: Tots rides (36–52 inches), family rides (42–48 inches), thrill rides (44–52 inches). Some rides have a maximum weight allowance of 165 lbs per seat or 300 lbs per ride.
• Children aged 3 to 5 years must be accompanied by an adult on the Space Madness ride.
• Children under 2 years old enter for free of charge.
• Re-entry is not permitted after leaving Nickelodeon Universe.
• All rides and attractions are subject to maintenance closures without prior notice.
• Complimentary single-use lockers are available for thrill rides for up to 45 minutes.
• Children under 14 years must be accompanied by a Supervising Companion (at least 14 years old) who can assist with instructions and safety requirements.

What to bring

• Have a valid photo ID ready, as it may be required for entry, especially for guests 65+.
• Choose comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for mini golf, and wear the required attire (shirt and shoes) for the theme park.
• Don’t forget swimwear and a towel if the water park is on your itinerary.
• Bring socks if you intend to rent skates at The Rink.

What’s not allowed

• All venues prohibit outside beverages and food.
• Suitcases, oversized luggage, and large bags are not allowed.
• Only registered service animals may enter; pets are otherwise banned.
• Drugs, alcohol, and intoxicated behavior are strictly not permitted.
• Weapons, sharp items, selfie sticks, and glass objects are banned.
• Smoking, e-cigarettes, and vaping are not allowed anywhere in the parks.
• Hockey gear is not allowed during general skate sessions.
• Carrying another person or bringing loose objects onto The Rink is forbidden.
• Private instruction on The Rink is not permitted.
• Children under 14 must enter with a guardian who is at least 14; minors alone will be denied entry.
• There is no re-entry after leaving a park or venue.
• Water park wristbands are only valid for the day purchased and cannot be transferred or shared.
